This Privacy Policy explains how Rasheed Sweets, operated by Muhammad Din Sweet Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rasheed Sweets mobile application (on the Apple App Store and Google Play) and our website at rasheedsweets.com (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a. Information you provide
– Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and password when
you register or sign in.
– Profile information: an optional profile photo you choose to upload.
– Delivery information: delivery addresses you save, and your precise location when
you choose to set an address from the map.
– Order information: the items you order, order history, delivery/pickup
preferences, and notes.
– Communications: messages or requests you send to our support team.
b. Information collected automatically
– Device & log data: device model, operating system version, app version, IP
address, and crash/diagnostic logs.
– Identifiers: a user ID associated with your account and a push-notification token.
– Usage data: in-app activity such as screens viewed and features used, for analytics and improving the Service.
– Cookies & local storage (web): used on our website to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
– Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
– Process, prepare, deliver, and track your orders.
– Determine delivery coverage and calculate delivery details for your address.
– Send order updates and service-related notifications.
– Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
– Maintain security, prevent fraud, and debug/diagnose issues.
– Analyze and improve the performance and features of the Service.
– Comply with legal obligations.
3. PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST
– Location: used only to set your delivery address and check delivery coverage. We do not track your location in the background.
– Camera & Photos: used only if you choose to add or update a profile picture.
– Notifications: used to send you order status updates. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do NOT sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
– Service providers (processors): trusted vendors who help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications (see “Third-Party Services” below).
– Payment processors: payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
– Delivery fulfilment: the information needed to fulfil your order (such as delivery address and contact number) is shared with the personnel completing your delivery.
– Legal & safety: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
– Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services, which may process limited data as
described in their own privacy policies:

6. TRACKING AND ADVERTISING
We do NOT use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and we do NOT use your information for third-party advertising. The app does not display third-party ads.
7. DATA RETENTION
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
8. DATA SECURITY
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account details directly in the app, or contact us using the details below to exercise your rights.
10. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time, directly in the app: open Menu / Profile -> Delete Account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and personal information from our active systems (some records may be retained where required by law). Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing support@dynaamx.tech from your registered email address.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure your information remains protected in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
